Mark Sargeant’s favourite pâté (formerly head chef at Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred restaurant at Claridge’s in London). Pale buff rippled, black-pepper studded, firm, semi-smooth, melt-in-the-mouth creamy-textured, with rich oily smoked oak flavour, citrus-freshened with a zesty fragrance of lime.

These products are frozen when leaving us and will arrive chilled, allowing you to freeze on arrival or keep in the fridge.

Storage
