Sarnies are back on the menu. A 400g low-carb bread loaf that’s high in fibre and protein. As close to real bread as we could make it. It also toasts wonderfully—we recommend a generous serving of butter!
We developed this loaf for type-2 diabetics who miss bread. Obviously, everyone’s body reacts differently, but those who’ve eaten our low-carb loaf have had no discernible blood sugar increase after eating it. We do recommend that check with your doctor before gorging yourself on it, though… This is also a very high-fibre product, so we would caution against eating too much. 1 to 2 slices per day is ideal!
Heads up if you’re on keto: this one isn’t for you as the vital wheat gluten makes it unsuitable for a keto diet.
