We’ve been hard at work in the kitchen developing a great low-carb pastry, and now you can finally enjoy a low-carb traditional English pork pie—with only 1g of carbs in the whole thing!

Roughly chopped pork and pork fat surrounded by a layer of jelly in a low-carb hot water crust pastry.

Enjoy it cold or at room temperature, as part of a buffet or just as a tasty snack!

Directions

Heating instructions: (All appliances vary these are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving). For best results defrost thoroughly under refrigerated conditions before baking. Place in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 10-15 minutes. From Frozen: Place in a pre-heated oven 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4 for approximately 15-25 minutes.

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Suitable for freezing.
