You might find that your bread is close to its Best Before Date when it arrives. I love these rolls, for low carb they are very tasty, I did try other company’s for rolls but I came back, they cannot be beaten for taste & believe me I gave it a good try.

These buns are definitely low carb. When I took my first bite the taste was a bit different but you do get used to it . I am glad I could have something with my soup and also make a sandwich and have a full sandwich rather than a open sandwich.

These rolls are very nice, and the only comment about them is they are just a little bit too thick but that’s my personal opinion. I would prefer them to be a little bit thin. Otherwise just like any other rolls.

Bacon and egg rolls ! Who doesn't like bacon and egg rolls ! Under no illusion that the texture will be different, but great for my ketovore diet. Kept frozen ready for when I want one.

These have given me a new lease of life. I order my favorite double grilled chicken burger from the shop and replaced the bun with this. It's amazing and I have my life back. I keep them frozen as most people do and when I want one I pop it in the microwave for about a minute and 30 seconds until it's hot all the way through, slice it down the middle and then make my burger. Again why these are not available in fast food outlets as a healthy alternative I have no idea. It's criminal!

I wanted these for hamburgers and found them a bit too thick. I was easily able to cut pet a slice from the centre which I later made into useful breadcrumbs and everything worked out fine. I will be ordering again I’m sure.

Are these rolls suitable for a ketogenic diet?

Yes. At 1.2g of net carbohydrates per roll, they are well within the daily carb limits of a standard ketogenic diet. They contain no added sugars or sweeteners.

What do they taste like? Are they dense or eggy?

They have a proper thin crust and a soft, fluffy interior. Because we use yeast and bake them using traditional methods, the texture and flavour are closer to real bread than most alternatives in this category. They are not eggy, and they are not dense.

Can I freeze them?

Yes. We actually recommend freezing all our bread upon arrival. Because these rolls contain no preservatives, they should be frozen on arrival to extend their shelf life. They will keep for up to six months in the freezer. To serve, toast straight from frozen or leave to defrost at room temperature for a short time.

How many rolls come in a pack, and what is the weight?

Each pack contains 4 rolls at 65g each.

Why do the rolls contain wheat gluten if they are low carb?

Vital wheat gluten is high in protein and very low in carbohydrates. It is used as a structural ingredient in the flour blend to give the rolls their texture and hold. It is not the same as regular wheat flour, and it is what allows these rolls to behave like bread without the carbohydrate content.

Are they suitable for vegetarians or vegans?

They are suitable for vegetarians. They are not suitable for vegans as they contain pasteurised whole egg.
