The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Oven: Preheat oven to 180c (Electric) or Gas Mark 6. Cook from frozen. Place product on an oven tray on the top shelf of the preheated oven. No need to remove or pierce film lid. Cook for 40 minutes until the product is piping hot (+75c). Remove from oven and carefully remove film lid. Stir and serve. Microwave: Microwave from frozen in 900W / Category E microwave. Cooking instructions may vary. Adjust cooking times according to your particular microwave. The following are guidelines only. Pierce film once and place in microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Turn dish and return to microwave on full power for a further 3 minute until the product is piping hot. Remove from microwave and carefully remove film lid. Stir and serve.
Keep frozen at -18℃ and use within Best Before Date. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 4℃. Use within 3 days of thawing. Do not refreeze.
