Oven Cook: Pre-heat oven to 180c (Electric) or Gas Mark 6. Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging, decant product into an ovenproof dish and cover with foil. Place product on oven tray on the top shelf of the pre-heated oven. Cook for 50 minutes until the product is piping hot (min +75c). Remove from oven, stir and serve. Microwave Cook: Microwave from frozen in 900 watt / Category E microwave. Cooking instructions may vary. Adjust cooking times according to your particular microwave. The following are guidelines only. Pierce film once and place in microwave on full power for 4 minutes. Turn dish and return to microwave on full power for a further 3 minute until the product is piping hot. Remove from microwave and carefully remove film lid. Stir and serve.
Keep frozen -18℃ and use within Best Before Date. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 4℃. Use within 3 days of thawing. Do not refreeze.
