Oven Cook: Pre-heat oven to 180°c (Electric) or Gas Mark 6. Cook from frozen. Remove from packaging, decant product into an ovenable dish and cover with foil. Place product on oven tray on the top shelf of pre-heated oven. Cook for 50 minutes until product is piping hot (min 75°c). Remove from oven, stir and serve.

Microwave Cook: Microwave from frozen in 900W / Category E microwave. Cooking instructions may vary. Adjust cooking times according to your particular microwave. The following are guidelines only. Pierce film once and place in microwave on full power for 3 minutes. Turn dish and return to microwave on full power for a further 3 minutes until the product is piping hot. Remove from microwave and carefully remove film lid. Stir and serve.


Keep frozen at -18℃ and use within Best Before Date. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 4℃. Use within 3 days of thawing. Do not refreeze.

    Absolutely delicious. I have added a tiny bit of dried garlic and pinch of salt to season to my liking and served it with palmito noodles. Enough meat in the sauce, perfect portion for me, overall a super Lovely meal I didn’t have to cook and somebody counted all the macros! will definitely buy again. I have used microwave from frozen and it was absolutely fine (it suggest oven on the package) which will make it an excellent choice for me when I have to go back to working from the office 🙂

    Sadly this didn’t hit the mark at all. It was devoid of any heat or flavour, and the sauce was incredibly watery! Probably good for people who don’t like spice or heat, but I won’t be ordering this again.
