Cooking Guidelines
The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary.
Microwave (900 Watt or Category E): Reheat from Frozen. Pierce film lid once. Microwave on full power for 3 minutes, turn the dish and microwave on full power for a further 3 minutes. When heated, carefully remove the film lid. Ensure the product is piping hot (75°C). Stir and serve.
Oven: Defrost thoroughly before cooking. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pierce the film lid and place on a tray in the oven. Cook for 15 minutes. Remove the film lid and cook for a further 10 minutes.
Storage
Keep frozen at -18℃ and use within Best Before Date. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 4℃. Use within 3 days of thawing. Do not refreeze.
