If you’ve been avoiding our Low-Carb Flour because of the vital wheat gluten, this blend contains no grain-derived ingredients whatsoever. While most flour substitutes are high in protein, our blend is instead high in fat and fibre. We wanted to offset the omega-3 to omega-6 ratio usually found in most recipes, so we added hemp flour and reduced the ground almond content. We also added gelatine for collagen (apologies to the veggies among us!) and cinnamon to help lower blood sugar.
