Wonderful bread

I have tried a lot of low carb bread and was pleasantly surprised when I tried this focaccia. It is delicious with great texture and flavour and no aftertaste. The flavour is subtle and goes particularly well with Italian type meats and cheese.

Not as great as it was

I tried this first some time again. While I liked it I disliked the dried rosemary. It's a personal dislike of mine to find "bits" in my bread, even rosemary. But there's nothing wrong with that. :) This new delivery, I found the foccacia to be less deep, which made it challenging to slice in half for sandwiches. Though I use it to make soldiers for gooey eggs. I would like to see a plain version with no herbs and more oils and thicker, so I could slice it more easily. :)

Really good. Soft and pillowy and without any unpleasant smells you sometimes get from keto or low carb Breads. Nice texture, not chewy, makes a cracking sandwich with some mozzarella, mortadella and rocket

I can't give you a photo as I've eaten it all. I've tried other low carb breads from other companies and this is by far the very best. No nasty ingredients. It came out of the freezer, thawed well and tasted really fresh. I used garlic butter to give the bread some extra flavour and had it wilh some delicious cheeses and tomatoes.

We used this bread as part of a home made Italian meal of meatballs, chilli and tomato sauce with cauliflower rice. We used the bread to dip in the sauce and mop up any excess. The bread was really good, nice texture and structure. We really enjoyed it and will be adding this to our next order.

The focaccia was just delivered just before lunch. I was in a meeting (WFH) and it was an ideal light lunch smothered in full fat butter. It is a little expensive, but that is the price we pay. Ws very moist and fresh.
