Ingredients
- 240g Extra Mature Cheddar
- 2 tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tbsp Mustard Powder
- 4 sliced Low-Carb Bread
- Black Pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Pre heat your oven to 180°C (grill)
- Toast the bread
- Add the cheese, almond milk, worcestershire sauce and mustard powder to a small saucepan.
- Heat over low heat, stirring frequently until the sauce comes together and the cheese is melted.
- Place the toast on a lined baking sheet and pour the sauce over the toast.
- Place it under the grill until the sauce starts to brown.
- Remove from the oven, and transfer the toast to serving plates. Grind some fresh black pepper over and enjoy!
