Ingredients

  • 1 tin of Tuna
  • 1 Egg
  • ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar

Directions

  1. Blitz all the ingredients thoroughly with a handheld mixer.
  2. Pour into a microwave tray.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes on high.

I am diabetic type 2, just waiting to have a new knee so trying to keep my blood sugars down. Just had this for breakfast, very nice but you do need a bit of cheese on top and grill it to make it look like your picture and appetising. 8/10
