- 1 tin of Tuna
- 1 Egg
- ½ tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
- 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
Directions
- Blitz all the ingredients thoroughly with a handheld mixer.
- Pour into a microwave tray.
- Cook for 3 minutes on high.

I am diabetic type 2, just waiting to have a new knee so trying to keep my blood sugars down. Just had this for breakfast, very nice but you do need a bit of cheese on top and grill it to make it look like your picture and appetising. 8/10
